To completely restart over to get the NUB? Just curious as it's been a long time since I've had nothing in CB and the stores ain't helpin'.

Otherwise, I'd say everybody would have went through multiple NUBs lol. That's what i would do ;)

Yes, it is illegal.
The NUB is for first time players of cb.

That, my friend, is mult-ing :). One user, one account, you can always restart with the New Character Bonus (NCB), which gives you a bonus on earned EXP.
You can make a new char with NUB but it will end the same time as your original NUB would've ended.

Even if you delete your old user and all characters completely, and restart with absolutely nothing?
Even if you would ''delete'' everything, it still is not fair. Experience cannot be erased...
