Odd Occurence in a Player (in Public Record)

So I was reading through the FS/WTB and I noticed someone named "310baller" selling 3m $CB2 for $29 USD. This is a pretty good bargain.. but upon further inspection I see no traces of transfers to his character besides an obvious character transfer. Forum posts include "FS: 18 million CB" back in September with no transfer of money. The things that were in his transfer log, however, showed this:

This is odd because the character "atmostfear" is either banned or has since retired. So, who is this person and why are they selling money for USD so quickly?

file that under mystery, where/when/how did he get all this money?

well if he plays everyday hen he could easely make 3 mil without transfers, i make a mil a week so it wont be hard o get that amount

The only mystery is why he tried to sell 18m beforehand, when he obviously has never had that much money.

Says who? There was a NUB when he started in 2006.

He never transferred, sold, or bought anything, and has only 3m now.

DT is questioning why there is no transfer record of the 18 million for a September transaction when there are transfer records for transactions that occurred in August.

Check Kitty's transfers. Check a few other older players' transfers. After long enough, the transfer logs disappear. They aren't recorded forever - this is probably the same case.

Thrak makes a good point, and also one of the same points I was making. Yes, transfer logs disappear after like 6 months, but there are records of transfers from BEFORE the last post, with no money ever transferred. I haven't came across many random transfer log deletions in my time, but I'm not saying it's not possible.

Those are not normal transfers, but referralfundings...

but the transfers should be there regardless unless someone is removing then manually thus covering some sort of transactions, oh devious things are a foot! me smells a plot, i call hax! lol chalk this up to the mystery board

310baller sold the cash to me. No problems.
