Training - 1/2 Max bug or feature? (in General)

When training and I select 1/2 Max for two different areas shouldn't it use 1/2 of my available experience points for each area?

As it stands it's only using about 37.5% for each leaving about 25% of my experience untrained.

Bug or is this the way it was designed?

As far as I know, choosing half for two stats trains half in one, and a quarter in the other (ie, it's a percentage of the current total).

So if you have 100 XP to train, you would train 50 in the first stat leaving you with 50 XP, half of which is 25. You train 25 into the second stat, leaving you with 25 HP remaining.

to put 1/2 into each you put 1/2 for the top one and Max for the bottom one.

As you go down the list it uses that fraction of what will be remaining after the first one is done.

or for more than 2, after the previous one has been done.

It goes from top to bottom. If HP and DX are train to 1/2, HP will get 1/2 and DX will get 1/4 (1/2 of 1/2).

Yep, like nightstrike says. When you select multiple things like that in a single training "session" it does them in order from top to bottom calculating each step individually using the remainder of xp from the previous.

If you want to train 1/2 your xp for 2 different stats/spells/skills you have to train 1/2 for the top one and Full xp for the bottom one.

As the program goes from top down and assigns the xp in separate steps.
