Ok... here is my question, I'm sure it has been answered before but I missed it...
In archery skill in the Wiki, it states that slings do not use archery skill... But without archery skill a bow only functions at 20% of it's total PTH...
Does a sling have this 80% PTH reduction as well but have no way of overcoming it? Or does it function at 100% without the need of archery (which would basically just be a bad thing for people who used bows)? Or does the sling function at a set % that isn't necessarily 100% and only a bow (ELB for that matter) can truly function at 100%?

there's no PTH reduction, just CTH (Chance-to-Hit) it's slightly different, I don't know how, but it is.
seeing as bows are th e most powerful, they get their CTH at 20%, that's why Archery is needed, so you can't have a super BL tank as well as an archery machine. ELB is the only bow that reaches 100% CTH, the others reach 90%, that is, both with Archery.
As far as I know, Slings/Xbows have a 100% CTH, which can be used on tanks without missing every round, but as you can see their damage is too great.
