Can you target multiple minions in 1 round? So if I'm fighting a 4-minion team, will it take me at the least 4 rounds to kill them all?

No
Yes, unless you have a DD spell such as Fireball or more than 1 damage dealer (IE AMF, GA, another tank, etc..)

There are many ways to inflict damage, and so there are likewise multiple ways to kill all opposing minions in a single round. However, targetting of physical weapons is still "linear", if you will. The SOD does not target additional minions, though it does damage more minions than those targetted.
The ambiguity of the responses comes from an incorrect implied dependency in the original pair of questions.
