If you have retired characters with ammo and you unretire it then u can have more than 15k ammo I did it by accident so please don't do something bad to me

Admin penalty for exceeding the limit of 14,999 ammo is the same as for a thief in olden times: Your hands are to be cut off. Fortunately, you explained yourself beforehand, or they'd have been sent to cut out your tongue as well.

Since you posted a bug, instead of exploiting it, nothing bad will happen to you.
But kudos for posting instead of exploiting it.
haven't exploits like this been discussed many a time?
I'm also sure the system has a built-in function which deletes ammo automatically if you are over the limit after a certain amount of time.
