Question on Familiar's HPs: (in General)

I recently changed to a familiar and I thought it was 25% of its level in hp;

However when I fight someone and take no damage (I have no AS) this is the hp left on my familiar:

Microchips's familiar 998,230

Now 1/4 of my level is only lvl 3,840,308/4 = 960,077

Where is the extra HP coming from?
