Quick Q about PL... (in General)

Ok, so as far as I know, PL intercepts any damage done to any minion on a team, and it reduces the damage taken too. Until it dies. Then nothing happens anymore.

I get hit for 400:
Instead of hitting my non PL minion for 400, i'd be hit on my PL battery for let's say 200. Correct rates of reduction are not important here.

Then my question is really simple, and since the search function is rather unefficient: Why is it that in the course of a battle, I can damage an opponent, for various amounts of damage with UC (35k to 90k), the damage absorbed is always the same? (81 in this case, even when the opponent takes damage from his own FB, he still absorbs 81 from it)

you need to increase your PL

Damage absorbed is based on PL trained. Maybe your opponent only had a base/low PL trained, and could only absorb a maximum of 81 damage per attack.

HuH?

PL will "suck up" damage up to the () of the PL.

Remember it will only cost the PL minion 90% of the damage it sucks up.

IE:
If minion X, the Wall gets hit for 50k damage and your PL is more than that, your PL minion will say it sucks up 50k but only really lose 45k hp.

Okay, that answers all, I knew it was gonna be quick. I figured, for whatever reason, that the number shown in the log was the amount of damage the attack was REDUCED to. So in, short, I thought I did only 81 damage.

It does make sense that the guy only has an effect of that much trained in PL.

Thank you for the answers, I tend to be quite thick sometimes XD

Phantom Link: 45/50 (81)

Base PL on a minion using a corn = 81 effect.
