Can we please be able to rent out ROEs? (in General)

With the ROE being a perfect item for new players at least until they can get a real tattoo of their own, why not be able to rent them out?

with the max tattoo level in place perhaps all tattoos could be used as rentals again? if not all then yes i think the roe should be able to be rented out at least.

Unless you could only rent tattoo's over you max level, it would way to easy to get your tat's leveled for you, but since the RoE dosn't level like a normal tattoo I think they should be available for new players to rent.

when the game first started, with no mtl by the way, then all the tattoos were at 0 and round the clock levelling of tats could give quite a boost. i am just not sure that someone getting their tat levelled for them is that big of a deal these days. we allow people to buy tats after all.

the biggest drawback i would see is that we might get more mid to high level tats in the game thus driving the price down for tats in general.

dudemus -- you can't drive the price for tats down any lower than it already is. It's about 1% over what the store pays.
