1k for one day? sure, ill forge that! :) (in Contests)

Every so often, ill be renting items for 1k, and spending a day forging them. whether it is 1k for a day, or 1k for a month, i will spend one day forging whichever item i rent. First winner is Karn, starting with:

further clarification:

A) I will forge what i can for that day (likely between 300k and 500k NW
B) There is no way for me to know who I'm forging for until after I've rented the item
C) If i rent an item that belongs to someone who won within the past 3 rentals, i will rent another, hopefully from someone else, and let the item belonging to the previous winner sit.
D)I will not be forging useless items, or unforgables (duh?)

What ? Only one at a time ? I think this contest is rigged.

This is exactly what I wanted from this! Boo-yah! Total Success. I hoped by doing this I could:

A)Give people free net worth (Yay you guys!)
B) Improve the strength of the items that live in rentals (The ones owned by those with no intention of ever using or selling) for community use
C)Increase the number of 1k rentals in auctions, allowing for a lot more experimentation at very low cost.

And yes, I actually did have this planned out ahead of time :)

And for the recent act of sabotage against this contest, and taking all the 1k rentals so that they were unavailable to those who would actually use them, It reminds me of something Madrox said in the song "Call Upon Your Gods". Normally, I like to post the quotes with the credit to who said it, but it wasn't exactly PG...

Oops! I jumped the gun, and blamed Ranger for something yet again. He says he rented the items for his farms, and with very few exceptions, I can see how the items he rented fulfilled their worth in rental fees. Usually before renting an item for forging, I'd check all the rented 1k items, to make sure nobody had bought them out (10-12 items for 1k each is really cheap in exchange for 300-500k nw :P) to help their own causes. I even got a CM from someone with a direct quote from Ranger saying he was "eliminating the competition". Only one problem, Ranger apparently has no 1k rentals in there... He CMd me, explaining this very civilly, and he does deserve an apology.

Sorry Ranger, I messed up and acted too quickly.

Contest back on, but items will not be rented when there are an absorbadent amount of 1k rentals rented by one person, so as to stop people from attempting to do what I thought Ranger was doing.
