For me it looks like purchase of BA is a fixed amount since the change. But I had no internet connection for about 5 days, so I might not have had enough fights and that may be the reason.

no, mine has been stable at 1094 since the change in BA regeneration rate.

Mine has increased $22 per BA.
My cost went up by about 20 since the change.
before my NCB was gone, it did go from 1,991 to around 2,021 or something similar. So it did change for me, but it was 1,991 for quite some time.
Well, what I found strange and posted in the BA cost thread a while ago is that while I got a 20 $ change, I feel it is somewhat small for a 200k upgrade to my MPR...
Can it be that the BA cost only increase slightly for NCB/NUB then?
If so, it looks like a good time to raise a cheap NCB.

Mine went up to 1116 each. Just one day jumped to that number, nothing in between.
