interesting facts about rewards (in General)

when i untrained my PR dropped ALOT... however when someone attacked me while i had 1mill score they consistently get crap rewards...

so i would venture to say that you should keep your PR as high as possible while retaining 100% rewards(if you can... however if you cant get 100% its better to get 100% rewards) ...

at least thats what i think... anyone has any opinions about rewards that they would like to share?

P.S. can everyone post their BA/20mins and range of cash earned? and whether you have NUB or NCB and number of minions and challenge bonus

8BA/20
money $900-$2000
exp 700-1200
1 minion
100%

It's funny how a NUB at <400k MPR has 2-3x my rewards consistently :<

lostling:

Rewards are based on your PR vs their score, so when they attack you, it has nothing to do with your PR but with your score.
Your score dropped as a result of unlearning things, so they got crappy rewards.

No, he's correct on this. Lets say you're 500k PR. You fight 2 people who both have 1mil score and give 100% challenge bonus. One of them has 500k PR, the other has 50k PR. The 500k PR player will give far far greater rewards.

Note that this isn't a case of out-of-date stats either. I've seen it many times.. Moral of the story, challenge bonus isn't everything.

True, if both your targets have a different PR, you will also get different rewards.
Though when both of your targets have say 1 mil score, and they have a PR which is only different by say 100k (one has 800k, other has 900k) then this difference shouldn't be visible in your average results.

Shade - the only thing that's based on PR verse score is the challenge bonus. The base reward that is modified by the challenge bonus (and clan bonus and New X Bonus and whacky bonus and whatever else there is) depends on a lot more than just score:PR. I believe I had a long argument about this with Sutekh. I forget if he ever wound up believing me.

The only thing I have ever seen Jon say is that the score to PR ratio is most important in calculating rewards. Other things may affect it too and PR is certainly one of them. It doesn't seem to matter much but is quite visible at the extremes.

I always thought money rewards were more tied in score and exp rewards more from PR, prolly wrong tho.
