MageseeKiller and Junction (in General)
With the addition of the MsK bow I think Junction could use either imparted evasion, or endurance based on a fractional level. There is no way to keep familiars from being slaughtered at this point, and even a little help would be super. The amount of XP required to Junction a large familiar isn't small, and the benefits, while nice, aren't enough in my silly opinion.

If you read a previous post of mine, I suggested that familiars should train evasion as a normal part of their normal skill set.
That was quickly ridiculed as being too powerful.
Perhaps things have changed?
Should Junction gives the HF the ability to hit mages.
I mean if equip with a mage seeker.
Weapon skills don't transfer...
Anyway, I like the idea, at least for evasion.
Of course, things have changed. This is Carnage Blender, where things constantly change...
With so many MsK bows already available, it's now a heck of a lot easier to get seeking ability than it was to maintain a constant supply of seeker arrows, so with this change, I find myself agreeing with novice - a little balance will probably be needed before very long, and giving DD familiars a little evasion would make more sense now.

I would think 10% of their level, trained as evasion would not be too much.
IE 2M SF would have a 200k evasion, subject to bonuses from junction. IE dex items would increase that level and an AOF would if the junction/AOF bug is fixed.
I don't think evasion should be given to familiars without the use of Junction; it could use a power-up for its cost, like novice said.
"Weapon skills don't transfer... " I know that, I'm asking should they, since the HF isn't a popular familiar, it could make it a bit more attractive to play with.

I think if the HF's PTH was fixed that would be the first step in making it more popular.
Maybe... but mages almost always train at least a small evasion, which would throw off the Hal and just make it waste all its shots instead of doing at least some damage to non-evasion minions.
The "maybe" was directed to B-A. And I agree with Ranger on that.
Well it could get the ability of ex and ax bow too, with a fixed PTH.
FIX AOF in comparison to junction.....!

I think that it should be greater than 10%
I mean, a 1M lvl familiar (aka 1M lvl tat) would only have a 100k evasion>> equal to a 40 effect.
First of all, a 1M tat is hard enough to come by, for a player starting out, and all that work only would amount to an evasion which would effectively block weapons used around 200k-400k mpr
When you can even use a 1M tat--around 750k mpr, the weapons will generally have >+40 PTH... wouldn't it make sense to maybe double the evasion level (which only increases the evasion level by 15, making the total evasion level 55 as it is exponential [according to NS's exp calc] )
and THEN to add on bonuses from junction
Well with 20% evasion of the familiars level, I think it should be pretty decent - especially since the point of bringing up imparted evasion was to counter MS bows, the evasion multiplier in early rounds should allow the familiar to survive a bit longer.

However, the TSA example Jon was using is completely wrong due to the fact a minion with junction cannot wear a TSA and equip a tattoo at the same time.
