Ranger/[TH]Great_Milenko insta deal (in Public Record)

Ok, here goes.

I have Jagged Popsicle Stick [63x4000] (+155) worth $80,768,966

THGM has a named VB that is being forged to 16.45M right now.

We will do an insta for 42M even.

When THGM's VB gets back from forging, he will perm xfer it to me.

He will pay 500k a week or more. Excess paid one week will count towards the next weeks payment in case something happens.

I will put my VB in rentals for a month at a time until it is paid in full, then will perm xfer it to him. Right now he is renting it for 3 days.

If he defaults, I keep my VB, his VB and all monies paid.

Sounds pretty good to me :)
