W vs E (in General)

No, not West versus East

Wall Vs Enchanter.

My theoretical 4 minion build has 3 minions are fairly well set

1 CoC(50%) & Prot(40%) & DM(10%)
2 AS + RoS
3 GA(85%) & AMF(25%)

As for the 4th minion I'm trying to decide between a straight up AS enchanter or a pure HP wall.
I'm leaning towards the Wall since I can have the benefits of heavy armour damage reductions and have my GA really punish damage dealers (with a Prot eventually around 30 and a big GA I should get up to 60% inflicted)

Any advice appreciated, comments about 'leaning' and 'walls' will be carped ;)

Oh, and as a follow-up. I think throwing a little strength and dex on the wall might well allow me to use my weapon allowance to my advantage and kill off pesky enchanters.

Of course this brings up the issue of choosing weapons...

A wall is definitely better :P 2nd minion with the RoS should learn some PL too, just to help out Mr CoC.

I would go with an evasion wall, with a lot of evasion and a lot of HP. PL won't work because of GA, and a AS enchanter would be good, but not as effective due your RoS'ed AS.

if you use a heavy AC wall, use PL on the AS minion and use AOI's on the other 3 minions to divert all damage to the Wall in back.

Don't use PL, especially in your case with so much GA, damage that gets absorbed by PL will not be reflected.

I'd also suggest changing your percentages, I train GA and AMF equally, although my AMF is higher, they should be equal. Instead of 75/25 (You made a typo) I'd suggest 60/40.

As for the fourth minion, use a Wall if you can afford it, or go with an evasion wall.

If you're looking at making a wall - how much AC do you have? My own recent experience with a 250AC mage shield wall led me to change it to an enchanter.

Up until about the level of a million score the wall was very effective. But as damage levels rose the more that wall became simply a kill slot. And if that is all it becomes then I thought why not make it an enchanter - which helped add people to my fightlist.

Wall at early stages with average AC is good. At higher levels the AC should rise too. Otherwise go for an enchanter.
