AOF would be better... boosts your PL for practically nthing...

not an AoM, you could go with an AoAC, but an AoF is probably best.

I personally do not like the AOF on a minion tank since it magnifies the effects of EC. A moderately small EC vs a minitank can effectively cripple it.
The AOM, however, gives a lot of extra strength to counteract those lower level ECs out there.

It depends if you stick to the ratio youre training at the moment, if you do id recommened the AoAC, if the STR ratio goes above 1/4 of hp, go for AoM

I'd say it depends on what your plans are for the mini tank. If you're going to make it a dex-less tank with only a limited amount of strength, I'd go AoAC. If you plan on contuining to raise its tank stats forever, aom.
