Bring Blackmarket Back to Reality! (in General)

88 votes for something? Yes, that works, only if everyone in the entire community votes for something. The black market is useless as it stands. I vote for changing the black market vote amounts to be a much number that is a much smaller function of the currently active users in CB over a period of time.

A number like the max total of active users during any single day during the last week. That would be awesome, and give us that certain "balance" that the blackmarket is missing right now.

no need for BMVG anymore though, =/ Stuff still gets through, it just takes time, if its changed, rares will be less rare, imho.

BMVG still serves a purpose, it gets the items out faster than everyone voting for just what they want.
