Do NUBs get their bonus in a tournament?

If NuBs get their bonus can we at least get NCB? Or is this just a bug?

Well then what is the point of us non-NUB's participating in the tournament?
Since NUBs get a boost to their rewards, does this not seem unfair? O_o rly?

Well I figured every tournament player got NUB just to speed things up.. But now I would assume it is a bug.

This is definitely unfair.. I've spent 1/2 of my BA and I have about a 50% lead MPR wise. I thought I was doing really well.. guess not, d'oh!

When I made my tourney character it stated I got 2x the rewards.
It seems that is added/multiplied with the NUB/NCB.
Unless the NUB/NCB is not transferable to tourney characters, what is the sense of playing in one if you do not have it?

I guess this is why there is a test tournament.
The idea of having any bonus is dumb for a tournament unless everyone has the same bonus. Even at that, the only purpose for giving any bonus at all during a tournament would be to grow characters quickly so that you can have a greater diversity of strategy around the 500k MPR range or so.
