When I have Koy as my active character at the BA regeneration time, I get 6 BA on both Koy and my tourney character.
BUT... When I have my tourney character active, I get 10 BA on that and on Koy.
I do not suspect this is intentional and likely is a bug.
Good catch.
Fix:
- tournament character's rate based only on its PR
- others are based only on top unretired char's PR (no more "maybe you'll get a higher rate if you used a different character" business)
That whole "different character with lower rate" thing never worked for me anyway....

It started again as posted this (was 40mins of waiting and had 0, so posted), now the tournament character is geting 8 per 20 (same rate as my main).

ignore above, character had been changed back to a normal character (whoever did this couldve said, not freak me out, also you owe me 40 odd BA :P )

Ah, so if I start a new NCB I will now get 7 or 8 instead of it being completely random. Oh well :P
