Why not use some graphics/pictures? (in General)

A lot of new users get scared away from all this text is what I often hear, so why not add an option to use some eye-candies?
Jon do not want to waste traffic with that, but how about if you have to download a package one time and CB gets the pictures from your local drive.
I don't know anything about creation of themes, so it may or may not be possible at all to make a theme that works that way, but there may be other ways to do it.

Graphics will wreck the game!! the reason i play this is because it is text based..... i don't like games like WoW and runescape because of their graphics.

CB is fine how it is (game wise) but i wouldn't mind Pixel Sages cool new looks :)

Has everyone forgotten how bad we were at coming up with a replacement for Mr Swirly?
How on earth could we come up with game graphics that would do CB justice when we failed so miserably at what in comparison was a simple task?

I like the idea in principle, but it's just not going to fly...

My point is not to add graphics for everyone, and for sure I don't want a WoW. Thats why my thoughts went to themes. For example, new users could decide at registration with which theme they want to start.
Of course the graphics have to look cool, but maybe we have some talented artists (beside Mudbug ;).

Ok, I guess I misread your first post. Not that I think about it, your idea makes a lot of sense.
