I would like to request forging services for my ELB.

I want to bring it up to:
An Elven Long Bow [6x300] (+6) 2,348,257
a difference of 1,528,408 NW.
I'm willing to pay 75% for a total of 1,146,306 for this job.
Please CM an estimate time frame for completion. A loaner bow is nice but not necessary.
