Tourney BA Refresh (in General)

I've noticed that I seem to lose some tourney BA every night. In my particular time zone, I spend all my BA around 11 pm server time. When I wake up around 7 am server time, about 22 BA refresh points have past. This is equal to 220 BA, which should mean that when I log on at 7, I should be at 160. However, I usually find that I am sitting around 140 to 150. Is there some reason for this? Is it just me? With an unlimited BA tourney coming up, I'd certainly not like to be at a disadvantage because I miss out on 60 BA per day.

Its not just you. I noticed the same when I played T2. The tourny char had only a few BA more accumulated then my main when I got on at morning.

In T2, when I started, with normal BA accumulation I should have been about 450 BA over if I used all my BA.

However, at the end of the tourney, using all my BA up to that time (I was on nightcall so I was up all night), I was about 20 BA over. So, over about 6 days, I lost about 400 or so BA regeneration. That is, I had 20 BA left when I hit the BA cap.

while it seems to happen more often on the tourney characters, i have also noticed similar shenanigans on my main as well. usually it is one or the other but at times it has happened on both simultaneously.

This has definitely been reported for non-tourney characters too.
I see/notice it nearly every day.
Others have also reported it since before the tourneys even started.

This only seems to happen to my tourney character overnight (server time) EVERY night. It is consistent and repeatable. It seems to happen to my main char at random times and not nearly as large an effect. I am not sure these are the same things.
