Tattoo enhancing (in General)

Due to the severe lack of high end tattoo's available on the market, I propose the tattoo shop be able to enhance your tattoo's level. Pay something like 10 CB$ per tattoo level. And it doesn't matter if you make the tattoo UBER huge anyway, as it's effect would be capped at your max. tattoo allowance. Anything else is wasted, at least until your max. tattoo allowance catches up.

Is it really that severe? What size of tattoos are you looking for? I saw a few over 1 million level tattoos being sold, unless you are talking about those that are more than 2 million level.

It would be a nice CB sink, however, 10 CB per level is too cheap. Perhaps a million CB for 10k in lvl.

And I don't think this can be likened to buying XP - we have a tattoo allowance to stop abuse to an extent (it'll be just like putting on a gigantic tattoo to start with), but we don't have a "MPR cap/allowance" (you shouldn't be able to buy a 500k MPR minion on the first day of your NCB...)

Whew. I'd certainly be glad I just sold my large tattoo off, this would complete the process of making them entirely worthless. =)
