bored so I came up with a strat (in General)

4 enchanters with either
1: EC 2: EC 3: EC 4:EC

1:EC 2: EC 3: EC 4: AS

1:EC 2: EC 3: GA 4: AS

1:EC 2: EC 3: EC 4: GA

The first minion will be equipped with a dagger and a HF.

Dunno if I should train protection.

I love the HF =)

QBRanger August 15 2007 9:21 PM EDT

You will be quite weak to mages but with 3 or 4 ECs quite strong vs tanks.

48Zach August 15 2007 9:24 PM EDT

swap and EC for an AMF?

Miandrital August 15 2007 9:56 PM EDT

I like option 2. Option 3 might work, but I don't know if that would be enough EC to overcome single tanks.

If you do this strat, you must realize that you will not be able to beat many mages, although there are enough tanks to make it successful.

I did that - and while you will pick up some tasty targets here are your limitations:

1. Any less than 3 ECs and you will never get a decent challenge bonus
2. If you have a magic familiar, you won't beat anyone with AMF
3. If you have hal, you won't beat anyone with evasion unless
4. If you train decay you still won't beat anyone with AMF (see 2 and 3)

Therefore, using heavy EC+Hal+Decay gives you these delicious (and rare targets)
**non-TOA tank teams training Dispel without using ROS+AMF**

3 words. l. o. l.

1: EC 2: EC 3: EC 4: AMF?

Fanta [Fanta's Forge] August 16 2007 12:13 AM EDT

I like 1:EC, 2:EC, 3:AMF+GA, 4:AS.

Hey you ripped off my strat!

cookie dough August 17 2007 6:37 PM EDT

oh, and now that hal's pth is fixed is he doing more triples and quads at the higher levels?

ScY August 17 2007 11:10 PM EDT

no, the hal completely sucks, ask ranger. He used one at 5.5M tat lvl. You would think that that would be alot of PTH, but he didnt even land a blow against evasions such as what Queen Beee (now Thunderbird) once had. At most he got doubles. I would say that you should use either SF or IF. IF would get screwed in a few rounds against any AMF or GA, as you have no means to protect him. The SF would fare a bit better but might not do enough damage to get around big walls.

Oh, and BTW, the hal wasnt doing much more than doubles WITH ranger's 3M effective EC.

But on the strat, if you actually did this and took it up very high, you could theoretically get 3 2M ECs, one 2M AMF. Just a thought for your cookie ;)
