Clan limit growth (in General)

How does this work? I've been wondering about this for a while now. My PR limit was lower before, and it went up, but then came back down. I know that something has to affect it, because the PR/Clan limit has to be different from when CB2 first opened up.

Is it based off top MPR or something like that?

it is based on VPR of all members and is based on the top 4 VPRs.

This is the rumor on the street about it.

It's also kinda broken, currently. But, rumor has it, this may be addressed in one fashion or another sometime soon.

Ah, ok, so there's no definitive answer? We just have to stick with the rumours then?
