Got the following message: You have reached your allotment of 0 BA for this tournament. Thought this was unlimited? Has anyone else gotten this message?
yep, same here. it looks like no tourney characters have fought past midnight last night.

Yes, I also got the same message.
But even tourney's with no rules, end.
So it is most likely over.
shouldn't be~straight from the tourney thread:
"Tourney will go from September 11th, 6:00 PM EDT and lasts until September 18th, 6:00 PM EDT. "

Same message here. If I click again, it gives the "more than one battle at a time" warning. If I click it a third time, I get a 10 minute suspension (Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm a "I wonder what this button does" kinda guy)

If the tourney was over, would not the characters be auto-retired?
