Extremely Fun Engineering Game (in Off-topic)

SNK3R September 26 2007 4:55 PM EDT

How to play? Click on the bottom panels to reveal certain actions. Each action results in other actions. All you do is click the panels! It's that simple. :)

How to win? Max out all of the levels for each panel!

I played this game for about 2 hours, but finally beat it. The cool thing is there are tons of different "pathways" to make multiple things happen. For example, putting up the Applied Chemistry panel might not be so smart when the volcano will make the island shake and break it.

Give it a try! I'll be more than happy to help you if you get stuck, too.

Yay they didn't forget us materials engineers. We're in the description at the upper right =).

Grow World, I think it's called. Something like that, anyways.

Check out Grow Cube, Grow RPG, and all the other games, that are basically the same concept, but vary in how to beat them and what you use. :D

LOGS -> AXE -> SCREW makes little homie fall in love, hah!

insu September 27 2007 8:42 PM EDT

ohkay...
any1 manage to complete it?
whats the sequence?
or at least give us some hints here =)

drudge September 27 2007 8:48 PM EDT

spoilers arent fun unless you can make homie do something funny

QBsutekh137 September 27 2007 8:50 PM EDT

The best hint I found was that homie can't call in love too quick. *smile* If he falls in love before pounding asphalt, you ain't gonna max out. *smile* Homie apparently needs a career first. *laugh*

QBRanger September 27 2007 9:40 PM EDT

But homie does need to fall in love and get himself a rugrat before he heads off to work--again.

Also, as SNK stated in the first post, do not get Applied Chem until the volcano erupts, or else you break your beaker.

drudge September 28 2007 12:04 AM EDT

so absolutely before homie falls in love with hearts flying out of his dome, i gotta have concrete on the ground?

QBRanger September 28 2007 12:06 AM EDT

Yes,

Hommie needs to have a job before he can find a wife and support his kids.

QBRanger September 28 2007 12:10 AM EDT

"LOGS -> AXE -> SCREW makes little homie fall in love, hah!"

Yes sir it does.

But however, there are many ways for homie to fall in love. Perhaps a different order is better.

QBsutekh137 September 28 2007 12:43 AM EDT

The fact that he can fall in love at different times is what makes the game have two distinct tracks: right and wrong. I thought that was a bit cheap, but the game would be a bit easy if it weren't there... A game like that is based on action, so when one sees action, one assumes they are "right". Not so when there are multiple paths of "right" where one is "righter". *smile*

If you need help, you can get hints in the threads about it "Grow Island" from the main EyeMaze site linked further up.

SNK3R September 28 2007 1:22 AM EDT

Sutekh that's EXACTLY why I liked the game. Ten points to Gryffindor! ;)
