So did anyone else notice that when you have a -5 Hoc on your minion.... your pr also drops? Hope nobody upped their hoc yet.

I notice no pr change at all.
Which is a nice buff considering it may be one of the 2 or 3 most powerful items in all of CB2. More powerful considering you do not need to upgrade it to get its full effect.
