Time to lower MTL again? (in General)

MTL has been increased with the recent re-scale. Last time it was lowered (and not enough imo) it was due to being able to 'power level' Tattoos be restarting NCBs just to use thier increased XP rewards to boost up smaller tattoos into much larger ones.

Then rinsing and repeating.

So the MTL was lowered to cut out this opportunity/exploit.

Now we find it increased again.

Surely it needs to be lowered back aigan, to stop this sort of power leveling, as was originally intended?

Or maybe I'll spend my next couple of NCBs just boosting my 600K Tattoo up into the Millions...

I would not be adverse to lowering it a bit.
