Name is Kilsom, I'm new to the system here and think so far it's awesome. Rare find, but the amount of BA is kinda weird.... kind of wish it were per minute instead of per 20.... and only 6? eh, whatever, play a lil today a lil tomorrow i guess isn't so bad.
The rough idea of the BA refresh is that you should be able to use most of your BA you could receive each day without severely messing up your sleep patterns. If you are new to the game, you should be getting 10 BA per 20 minutes, and this will decrease the more powerful your most powerful character gets (see the wiki for a more detailed explanation).

Welcome to CB. It's not supposed to be entirely time consuming, though it can be if you spend enough time in chat/forums/wiki.
