So after I replaced some RAM memory REINSTALLED damn XP, put the minimum
of programs on my machine and opened the half open connection limit that every windows has.
Normal limit is 10 TCP/IP connection, I upped mine to 50 connections
Cuz I read an article which stated that power users that use a big amount of
connections need more the 10 and that could lead to problems if your connections are to the maximum or trying to exceed it
So far no more problems.

Ow and FYI before windows XP SP1 every windows XP had the limitation to 65000 connections!!!!!! They crippled the number of connections as a security feature. To prevent viruses from spreading.
