That's really cool. I wonder if any developers will try to implement that in a game. Some sort of on-rails shooter where you can duck behind boxes would be the first type of game I could see this being implemented in easily.

This guy is really pushing the boundaries with imaginative uses for the wiimote. I saw another demo of his using the wiimote to track multiple objects (in the demo it was 4 fingers on two hands) allowing control and manipulation of objects in a similar fashion to the vertical glass displays seen in some sci-fi movies.
