Is this legal? (in General)

No one seems to know... but I want to clarify this.

If it's legal, I will start loaning stuff in exchange for attacks against me.

Keep in mind it was Jenni's choice to attack Ranger... not as a favor for Ranger for a rental.

jenni can use her BA however she wants i suppose, as long as it wasnt ranger using the account.

Unless you know of precedent or a written rule don't go around spouting off about what is and is not legal.

Mikel is right in that after 2-3 battles I get no more xp.

However, I do not suspect it is illegal as long as we're not multi's.

I have had noob attack me 300 times a row, 160 is still child's play.

Nah, that wasn't "illegal". I never got any kind of problem for doing that. Jon simply decided to fix it to where it wasn't an effective strategy anymore.

I had GL attack me once about 1000 times in a row. I gained zero XP for it. He had fun, though, so didn't charge me anything.
