congrats, and if you formatted your pc, install sp1 and sp2 for
winxp first. JAVA is made to work with winxp sp2 only.

Pain; before you download make sure there is no Java in your Add/Remove Programs.
Then download this: Windows XP/Vista/2000/2003 Offline * filesize: 13.92 MB
