What does Insta mean? I am confused by the term. Thanks for any and all help explaining this.

Insta = Instant upgrade, you trade in an item for the same item with either higher or lower stats

If you and another person have the same item, you can "insta" up or down.

IE,

You have a pair of base buggy whip NW 10,000

Another person has a pair of buggy whip +30 NW 1,010,000

The difference in NW is 1,000,000.

He can insta down and you can insta up by trading items and a % of the NW (net worth) difference.

Typically it is 70% for items that can be forged, 90% for unforgeable (Elven gear, Beleg gloves among a few), and variable for tattoos.

In this case, if you agreed on 70%, you would give him your buggy whip and 700,000 and he would give you his buggy whip +30.

Hope that helps.

I am sure it is in the glossary as well. I harassed someone to do it.

Thats helps a lot. I had seen the term but tried looking it up in the Wiki index and couldn't find it. Just checked the glossary and there it is. Thanks for the answers.
