Char name ARC Commander he has 297,368 dex and i have 395,258 dex then i do EC for 281,225 that puts his Dex to 16143 plus i have evasion and some DBs how is this guy hitting me????!!!!

that thing has +80 pth on it

doesnt my db and evasion reduce the pth?
it's not foolproof, at your MPR evasion isn't giving the huge minus to hit that many have trouble with later...
