Archer Strategy: Question on Upgrades (in General)

Here's what I have:

Robynne (Score / PR / MPR: 1,826,487 / 1,284,995 / 945,213)

She's Wearing:

MsK [5x1000](+65)
BoTH [73x650](+60)

DB +60
AoM +10
HoC +10
HG +10
BG +10

The question:
Which of these items should I be focusing my "upgrading" on?

I've been upping my bow, as you can see, but I'm wondering if I should be upping some pieces of armor as well. They've been getting expensive to forge up, so I've been avoiding it, but it will help Robynne win more battles, I'll save up and do the rougher road of upping my armor.

What do you think, CBers?

Aside from upping your bow, the only thing in need of love at the moment is your BGs, maybe when your bow is huge get some DB lovin, but the HoC upgrades aren't very useful, now would HGs be, and the AoM should be fine as is ^_^

Maybe you should consider replacing the DB with some EB.

The boost to Archery and DX would allow you to invest XP into other things like more HP and ST. The extra 30 to 50 AC would not hurt either.

If you go with that advice and since you are using a BoTH (single handed weapon), maybe a MS would also help you a lot. Do not under-estimate the damage reduction power of an extra 50 to 60 AC during ranged rounds.

Depends on whom you fight, but EBs may be a better choice then +60 DBs.

If I could get my hands on an MS, you bet your firstborn I'd be wanting it... but they're all so expensive right now I can't even bid on one when it shows up. It's a definite dream for the future, though. I may rent one from time to time, but usually I don't have problems with mages. >_>

And as for switching to EBs, I do have a pair of EBs on my other archer, Christopher, but I'm not positive on why they're better than DBs?

And okies, Hatch, I'll love up my BGs a little bit.

With 114 Evasion your Enchanted Dagger is what kicks my pants, but thats with my main damage coming from RoBF and CoC.

I like the BoTH ... very sexy way to stay in the fight after ranged is finished...

When talion told you about the MS he meant Mithril Shield, not Mage Shield.

I dunno, I'm a pretty big fan of DBs personally. I'd tell you to stick with those.

Me, I would upgrade the DB and MsK PTH. I wouldn't be all too worried about the 'x' yet, really, since it is DX and PTH that matter the most nowadays. :)

MgS = Mage Shield
MsK/MSb = Mageseeker
Knowing the difference = Priceless :P

MgS doesn't work well with a ToA either :P
