I have a corn +9 and a RoS. This makes my Ablative Shield have a level of 45,472 raw level of 28,407 effect of 22,746 and a raw effect of 14,213. However, when I cast Ablative Shield on all friendly Minions its only for (16521) and this is without any DM cast on me. Is it lower then its effect because I have 4 people in the team?
Yes, the wiki has the specific penalties for each minion number
