DBs at lower levels (in General)

One of the problems that I see with DBs at lower levels is that they increase PR by a percentage, while weapons increase to a fixed amount. So a 1MPR character with +140 DBs would remain at 1PR, whereas a 1MPR character with a +140 weapon would skyrocket to some 800K MPR. Perhaps DBs could fit inside a WA analog for just DBs? It'd have to be tweaked from standard WA values to account for the fact that they don't need money pumped into x, of course.

Or just create an entire armor allowance. Or a NW cap per team/minion. All have been previously suggested and apparently Jon hasn't given them a second thought.

DBs are perhaps the 1 armor item that works well regardless of the xp of the minion using them. Especially true at lower levels.

All other armors augment a minions natural stats or spells. And give PR proportional to that augment.

I doubt Jon wants to reinvent the wheel just for DB's.

The only other item I can think of that may be out of whack is the TSA, with its double bonus of strength and regeneration. For tanks, they get both benefits while mages only get one.

If Jon changes the Weapon Allowance to a Weapon Cap, then perhaps there can be a Dex Boots Cap as well based upon a characters or minions MPR.
