With the new changes, how is a tank able to keep up his strength and hp AND archery AND dex all high enough to be able to use a missile weapon, melee weapon, and all the armors a tank needs to survive today.
Either remove archery as a skill altogether or give it a bonus instead of just letting you use a bow normally for all that useless xp.
Archery increases Encumbrace.
What's the problem?

By a factor much less than ST or HP. My WA pre-change was about 159 mil. I was around 140 mil on my missile and melee weapon. My encumbrance on my tank is now 82-84 mil depending on items equipped. I had to remove almost 75 mil NW from both my bow and my morg so that I could hit anything.
If I boost my ST at all, I now have to pump my Archery way higher just to keep it at 1.0. SoD Tanks will now become the norm.

Wait... so you (tanks) can't even fill out your weapon allowance without encumbrance now? That's pretty spectacular.
My ELB bumps me up to 200K PR past what it was prechange. I'm still inside my enc.

So post change WA is about 80 Mil? So just under your current Encumbrance?
WA is nonlinear. Encumbrance is linear. Obviously the two are going to intersect and one is going to surpass the other at some point.
Making WA visible would be quite helpful, I think.
