seems he hit his peak at 16,850 PR, and this is only his second forum appearance... I would imagine he just didn't read the Terms of Services (honestly, who did when first registering?), made a new account, and legitimately didn't know he was doing wrong... Ignorance of the law is no excuse, but it does provide a decent reason :P

Well, he should be glad his OLD char got banned.
The new one could surpass the old one in a day or two if he plays it right :)

See, this is one of the reasons I keep saying the current N*B implementation is bonkers... things like this happening.
Would his char have expired out of inactivity, it would have been "legal", right ?

Akatsuki,

Start a new NCB character, and you will have a bonus to your XP. You can still make a large sum of cash that way, and with a little help from the community, you will be able to develop a good working strat.
