when we have an extensive changelog with many changes to game dynamics can we please have at least 1 week of free retraining to allow us to experiment and adjust without anyone being penalised jon. It would be appreciated heaps not just by me but many others i am sure.

1stly... everyone can retrain easily now the penalties are low :)
2ndly those who dont adapt by retraining adapt by reshuffling stuff...(kudos for them)
3rdly if you cant adapt then retrain :)

I vote no.
People knew things would like change this month. Some even predicted a radical change and held off spending xp or changing.
It would be very unfair to give a free retrain at this point, after people already have tried to adapt. The unlearn penalty is quite small now, just for cases like this.

The point of a change is to shake-down the established hierarchy (even if just a little). By giving out free retrains, you're undermining what little bit of deterrent (woo, 2% XP loss, horror) was left.
