I've got a Blank where my ENC used to be. Is it supposed to show a blank space if your ENC is zero?

0% is just annoying. Why show such a thing, when it doesn't give you any more information than seeing nothing?

At one time early with the changes it did.
The 0.00 has since been removed for at least 2 days now.
OK, I know I wasn't going mad, 0.00 is back for me. ;)
