Decay / Enc (in General)

Is Decay affected by ENC?

I guess this is a higher level view on a question that really boils down to where the DD penalties due to high ENC exist. If you reduce the effect before the spell fires, then Decay is immune. If you reduce the damage output after the spell fires, then Decay is vulnerable.

"(base decay trained on Junction minion with .86 encumbrance score)
Gordon Gano's Decay hit Frustration for no damage
(this is against a no AMF team... talk about penalties)"

Quoted from Novice in the Encumbrance changelog thread :).

Yes it is.

Novice made a post about it a bit ago in the ENC thread I believe.
