I had assumed, probably incorrectly, that the new skill Steel Skin is based upon the hp the minion has learned.
But after thinking about it, I am uncertain.
Is it like archery or BL in that you have to keep it at the appropriate level AFTER all enchantments, that is after Giant Strength?
IE
a 20 hp wall boosted by 1M HP of AS.
Would it need:
1) 4 levels of SS
2) 200,004 levels of SS.
If it is 2, I would ask you to reconsider a bit.
Making it 1 would give a nice boost to ROS teams, who certainly need it. And almost every ROS team uses the ROS on the AS minion.
In addition, it would give a nice boost to characters that rely on ED spells, which are quite vulnerable to DM. Giving them a slight boost.
I may be crazy in wanting it to be the first method, but ... o well.
Thanks in advance of answering my question.

Well if a team does use RoS/AS that means their damage dealer would have a skill already, and not that many have walls, hence the AS.

True, but the enchanters can make use of it. And for only 960 XP, it costs almost nothing.
And, unlike Prot, it can't be dispelled. Nice.

This along with the RoS boost actually makes up for all the damage reduction nerfs I've suffered from this change month. Everyone else has lower defense, while the kill slots on my team stay the same. I love it!

Yes indeed.
It is a very nice ROS buff.
Something the ROS needed for a while.
