Has Steel Skin been changed to 1/8 HP cost? (in General)

I think it is not officially changed in the game yet.

I have my first minion Microchips:

HP: 20,000

1/8th is 2,500

His skill:

Steel Skin 2,629 2,988 0.66 0.75

It should easily be at 1.00.

1/5th is 4,000 and when his skill is that, it is shown as 1.0.

Jon, can you check it please?
