Jon: Q about BL (in General)

"Bloodlust effectiveness is doubled for the first hit [first hit, not first attack, so if you miss but later hit that hit will still be doubled]\ "

My question:

1) Does this ability only work if BL is trained fully? I am not noticing any more damage on the first hit in battle. My BL is .21 using an AOF.

2) Does this ability ramp up depending on the BL level? That is at .21/.75 you get only 28% bonus to the first attack?

3) Should it work even at a base BL trained?

Jon can you tell us which of the 3 it is?

I suspect it is now 1, but should it be 2? If it is 3, great but that is far too powerful for the xp used.

1. no

2. almost -- at 0.21 you get an extra 21% bonus. simple.

3. no, 0 doubled is 0

Whoa,

Then since the max BL is .75, how can we get 2x the damage on the first blow?

.75 is max = 75% more damage? Or am I reading this wrong?

Sorry,

I misread.

It is BL effectiveness, not the damage.

Thanks for answering my questions.

Sometimes I have to read correctly. Darn Lasix, blurry vision... Yea, thats the ticket!!!!

75% more normal Damage Plus the first blow that lands is doubled ^_^

You misread it like I did Draco.

It is the "effectiveness" of the BL that is doubled.

So if you do 1M damage normally and have BL at .5. you do an extra 500k from the BL normally.

On the first blow you do a bonus 500k for a 2M total on the first blow, 1.5M on all other blows that battle.
