The PL on the guy with the BoTh nullifies the VA effect.
I was there too...
Frost, is your opponent using PL? PL on the minion using the BoTh, or if the enemy's PL is absorbing most of the damage, VA (both built in on weapons and trained) does nothing.

maybe you're using BoTH on a PL minion?

If you use a Bth or MH on a minion training PL, you will not get life back.
Same if you successfully cast VA. It does not let you leech HP.

yea im using both on a pl minion it doesn't work then?
