Specifically it's forge times. I have a +10, I would like it to be +11 (1.3m upgrade) I am willing to pay 90% for this due to the formula being currently unknown.
note: the time limit on this is a month (just cuz i dont feel like going through the trouble of renting it out twice :P), which should be easily doable :P
I wouldn't mind figuring it out, but unfortunately, I'm booked full with huge jobs...

Added the stuff to the wiki. I got 60,12. Didn't spend too long finding it so there could be a better formula. This gave just over a 1 for efficiency. :)
