Sometimes for me, CMs that I send are not sent/blank/shown as read even if the recipient did not get it/send twice.
Honestly I dont know if this is me or the game, or some kind of combination of both. My internet connection is usually solid, so I *think* I can rule that out...
Any help?

OR you just sent a CM and the player wasn't online for 2 weeks?
mabe you send a cm to someone that ignores you that why he never get the cm and you don't see it the chatmail
